1. Who these terms cover
Carl James Concepcion Salamida, known as Carl Salamida, publishes carlsalamida.com, Sizmo Copy Engine and Sizmo Sales Master. In these terms, "Carl", "we" and "us" refer to Carl personally, not to a separate company. These terms concern this website, its booking facility and those two plugins. Separately operated businesses and services linked from the website may have their own terms.
These terms explain website and plugin use. A paid client engagement is a separate agreement; the website is not a checkout or subscription service.
2. Enquiries, bookings and paid projects
Sending an enquiry or booking a conversation does not purchase a project, start a subscription or authorize a charge. It gives you and Carl an opportunity to discuss your needs. An appointment does not confirm a paid engagement or reserve a project delivery date.
Paid work requires a separately agreed proposal or contract covering the scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment stages, revisions, cancellation, refunds and rights in project materials. These website terms do not supply missing commercial terms or amend an existing project agreement. If there is a conflict about the agreed scope or commercial terms of a paid project, its separately agreed terms apply, subject to applicable law.
If you contact us for an organization, make clear who you represent and whether you are authorized to arrange the proposed work.
3. The Sizmo plugins
Sizmo Copy Engine helps draft and review copy using the business facts, briefs, offers, evidence and writing samples you supply. Sizmo Sales Master helps with sales preparation, coaching, draft proposals and follow-ups using supplied offers, approved terms, notes and transcripts.
Carl does not charge a publisher fee for Copy Engine version 0.7.1 or Sales Master version 0.11.2. These versions do not include in-plugin purchases. Access to the application that hosts the plugins is separate and may depend on that provider's account requirements or charges.
Those versions contain skills and reference files, not a publisher-operated custom backend or MCP server. They do not themselves send messages, publish content, create CRM records or automatically record calls. Actions performed by other tools you separately authorize are subject to the terms and permissions applicable to those tools.
The plugins are not a substitute for a paid implementation project or a promise that Carl will personally review each output.
4. Reviewing AI-generated work
AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review facts, calculations, claims, permissions and suitability before publishing a draft, contacting someone or making a decision.
A generated offer, proposal, refund rule, deadline or promise is a draft. Generating it does not, by itself, constitute Carl's approval or create an agreement with your customer. Check it against the terms you intend and are authorized to offer before communicating it or relying on it.
The plugins do not guarantee sales, revenue, conversion rates or compliance. Obtain qualified advice where legal, financial or other specialist judgment is needed. This does not exclude any rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
5. Your materials and responsible use
Only supply material you are entitled to use and share. Remove unnecessary personal information, confidential details and sensitive information about other people. Do not upload passwords, access tokens or other credentials.
Do not use the website or plugins to impersonate others, create deceptive claims, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access or interfere with the services.
Sharing a transcript does not establish that everyone involved consented to its recording or disclosure. Make sure you have the permissions required for the material and intended use.
Follow the rules of the host application and any separately authorized tools as well as applicable law.
6. Content, trademarks and outputs
Website content, plugin materials, photographs, fonts, trademarks and third-party resources remain subject to their respective owners' rights and any licenses that apply. A link, displayed logo or testimonial does not grant permission to reuse it in your own advertising.
These terms do not require you to transfer ownership of the input materials you supply to Carl. Rights in AI-generated output depend on applicable law and the terms of the host you use; these terms do not promise that an output is unique or free of third-party rights.
Rights in commissioned deliverables, existing tools and client materials are addressed in the separate project agreement. Booking a conversation does not, by itself, transfer those rights.
7. Third-party services
OpenAI supplies the environment in which the plugins run. Its applicable terms, account rules and policies govern that environment. These terms do not replace them.
HighLevel, Cloudflare and other linked or separately selected services have their own terms and practices. Their logos or links do not mean they endorse every statement or service on this website.
Access, features and availability of third-party services can change. A website description is not a guarantee of their future availability or a service-level commitment.
Read the OpenAI Terms of Use and the policies applicable to your host product.
8. Privacy and marketing choices
The separate Privacy Policy explains publisher-side information handling and distinguishes it from host conversation processing. Read it before sharing personal information.
Using the website or a plugin is not consent to unrelated marketing. Requesting an appointment is not consent to marketing either. Appointment-related communications are separate from marketing emails, which require your separate consent. Choosing not to receive marketing emails does not prevent you from booking a conversation.
These terms do not replace a separate data-processing agreement when a client engagement involves processing the client's customer information.
9. Support and concerns
For website, booking or plugin questions, contact hello@carlsalamida.com. Explain the issue and provide only the information needed to understand it; use a short redacted example rather than a complete conversation where possible.
For issues with your host account or a third-party service, its own support channel may be the appropriate route. Publisher support cannot make changes to a provider account merely because you use a Sizmo plugin.
These terms do not promise a particular response time, ongoing availability or personal consultation unless separately agreed. Raising a concern with us does not take away any right to approach an appropriate regulator or court.
10. Changes and your rights
Any published revision will identify its version and effective date. A revision does not, by itself, retrospectively change an accepted paid-project agreement. Changes to a paid engagement must follow the change procedure in its agreement or be separately agreed by the parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule, mandatory arbitration or a financial liability cap.
Any governing-law or dispute provisions for a paid engagement must be addressed in its separate agreement, subject to applicable law. These website terms do not select an exclusive court or venue or restrict your right to approach an appropriate regulator.
